The Electric Koi
This briefest of brief teasers is stunning. An elegant use of cell shaded 3D (sometimes called a toon render) and beautiful colour. Its from a mob called Tokyoplastic, but their web site is sparse on details and I can't find much more information about them or this film. What I have seen though (all 3 or 4 shots) I love.

It looks like traditional 2D. Computer coloured? How'd they do it. Built in a bitmap film program? Very light colour key line work. They sat down for a while planning their colour charts. I like it
Cel shaded 3D? I'd like to know more about that.
Does anyone actually understand this film? I have no idea what the story is.
