I don't fully understand the language they're speaking.
Nice limited animation, however. Good poses and gestures. Gets the story across. Whatever it is.
I think, I'm taking a punt here, it's satire and a tad disrepectful to the Christian high mages that rule the Dorkian* United States of Amreeka.
