Bobby Chiu
I've found this artist from Toronto, he has a great website (shared with Kei Acedera), and runs something called the subway club where a whole bunch of artist catch the train together and draw the different people (how cool is that!). You can see some of the sketches they produce on his blog.
As well as all this he has made a whole bunch of great tutorials about digital drawing and painting, I'll post the first one up here, and you can click this link if you want to see more. I love the comparison he makes here between and athlete and an artist.

aww, that was a cool tutorial, i was dissapointed that it cut out b4 the end.
